Economics
Know how each payment is divided.
The default structure uses a 10% platform administration fee on gross payments. Stripe processing costs and a temporary refund reserve come from the remaining provider pool.
- 10% platform fee — applied to the gross payment under the default merchant-of-record model.
- Stripe processing — deducted from the provider pool after the platform fee.
- Default rolling reserve — 5% of the provider pool is normally held for 30 days before release. Provider terms can override the percentage or hold period.
- Platform reserve — part of KLINIQ's own fee is earmarked internally and does not further reduce the provider pool.
- Connect Express payouts — content earnings, shared-tier distributions, reserves, and releases are shown in one dashboard.
Verification
Credential review for 19 profession types.
Licensed professions use a state-license review path. Personal trainers submit an NCCA-accredited certification and use educational practice only. You can prepare a profile while review is pending; public discovery still requires approval.

Independent Provider Model
Your credential and practice mode control access.
Capabilities on KLINIQ are limits, not permission to practice beyond your license, certification, or applicable law.
Clinical practice
Clinical services, within licensed scope
Available to licensed professions when their credential permits it. Clinical access requires a current license, a clinical-independence acknowledgment, and active malpractice coverage information.
If required coverage expires, clinical access returns to educational mode until the requirements are met again.
Educational practice
Education, programs, coaching, and referrals
Available across supported professions. Educational mode does not include diagnosis, prescribing, ordering labs, treatment, or clinical assessment.
NCCA-certified personal trainers use educational mode only.

Clinical safeguards
Clinical mode requires a clinical-independence acknowledgment and current malpractice information. Expired required coverage returns the account to educational capabilities.
Patient disclosure
Before a clinical booking, the patient acknowledges that the care relationship is with your independent legal entity and that KLINIQ provides the software.
Provider record custody
You remain the custodian of hosted clinical records. Records are not hard-deleted, and you can export clinical records and signed SOAP notes without KLINIQ branding.
Monetization
Solo tiers, shared tiers, and pay-per-view.
Configure messaging and visits per tier. Invite colleagues onto shared multi-provider tiers with revenue splits you can rebalance. Sell a single post pay-per-view — patients can restore prior unlocks.
