Terms of Service
These terms govern use of KLINIQ — the provider-owned care platform for credential-reviewed providers and their clients. Last updated: September 25, 2026.
Educational use
By using KLINIQ, you agree to use the platform for educational purposes and lawful independent practice. Educational content is not personalized medical advice. Consult a licensed clinician for medical decisions. In an emergency, call 911.
Providers
Providers must maintain accurate credentials, complete credential review before discovery, and comply with applicable laws and professional standards. Clinical tools unlock only for licensed providers, within their license, location, and the law. KLINIQ does not expand anyone’s scope of practice.
Independence of care
Clinical services come from independent providers, not from KLINIQ. Educational practice does not include diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment. A provider–patient relationship, when it exists, is between the patient and the licensed provider.
Payments
Providers keep 90% of earnings; KLINIQ’s 10% platform fee covers payments, hosting, and credential review. Subscriptions and pay-per-view purchases are subject to the pricing shown at checkout. Refunds follow the product’s refund rules, app-store policies where applicable, and law.
Acceptable use
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, attempt to share protected health information in public areas, misrepresent credentials, or misuse verification workflows.
