Privacy Policy

Privacy is the default on KLINIQ, not a setting. This page summarizes how we handle information for credential-reviewed providers and their clients. Last updated: September 25, 2026.

What we collect

We collect account information (such as email and profile details), usage data needed to operate the product, and payment details processed by Stripe. Providers may submit license and credential information for review. We do not sell personal information.

Health information

Clinical records and documents you store or share on KLINIQ are treated as sensitive. Document vaults start private to you; you grant a named provider access and can revoke it. Notifications never carry health details. Do not send protected health information by email to the team.

How we use data

We use data to operate accounts, process payments, run credential review, deliver education and community features, and — where licensed providers and patients consent — support clinical tooling. Access is gated by role, authentication, and product permissions.

Security defaults

Session tokens and similar secrets use encrypted device storage where applicable. Traffic uses TLS. Storage for private files uses signed URLs only. Sensitive screens block screenshots where the platform allows. MFA is enforced for providers accessing clinical tooling.

Your choices

You appear as a username in community contexts, not your legal name, unless you choose otherwise. You may request account deletion or a data export by contacting the team. Push tokens are used only for platform updates such as new content and comments.
