How is KLINIQ different from Substack, Patreon, or teaching on Instagram?

KLINIQ is the home base under the audience you already have. Keep Substack or Instagram for discovery. Subscriptions, community, care plans, and clinical tools sit with your license and your legal entity.

Who can join KLINIQ?

Educators, coaches, program leaders, and licensed clinicians can join, across 19 professions. Personal trainers join with an NCCA certification and stay in educational mode. Licensed professions can add clinical tools after setup.

What's the difference between educational and clinical mode?

Educational mode is for teaching, programs, and coaching. Clinical charting opens after verification, a BAA, a certificate of insurance where required, patient consent, and the point-of-care disclosure. What you can do stays inside your license.

What does KLINIQ cost?

You keep 90% of what clients pay. Practice Infrastructure is $10 a month, billed to you, and it includes Session IQ and clinical charting.

How do payouts and the refund reserve work?

Payouts go through Stripe Connect Express to the account you connect. Booking charges hold a visible refund reserve before the transfer, so the dashboard shows what is still held.

How do shared tiers and revenue splits work?

One membership can include more than one provider. You invite colleagues, set who can post and message, and split the revenue. You can rebalance that split later.

Do I have to give up my current EMR?

No. KLINIQ works alongside the EMR you already use. You stay the custodian of clinical records, and you can export them without KLINIQ branding.

What happens to my clients and records if I leave?

They're yours. You own the client relationships, the content, and the revenue. Clinical records export without KLINIQ branding, and you stay the custodian.

What is Flow State?

Flow State is one queue, one patient at a time, for messages, care-plan follow-ups, call-in prescriptions, and open notes. At Start the queue freezes: overdue, then high priority, then the rest. It moves on when an item is cleared, and Skip or Snooze does not finish it.

What is Intelligent Onboarding?

New subscribers complete a checklist before the first visit. It includes your questionnaire, an intake form set up for your profession, and a step to book the intro visit. The chart does not fill in on subscribe alone.

Clients

How do I find the right provider?

Search by credential, specialty, interest, and state licensure. You see the profession, and whether they offer education only or clinical care, before you subscribe.

What does a subscription include?

Whatever that provider's tier includes. That can cover content, messaging, visits, community, and onboarding. The tier lists what you get.

What is the KLINIQ Care Coach, and what isn't it?

KLINIQ Care Coach is an educational coach that turns a goal into a plan you agree to start. It is not a clinician, and it never changes a provider's plan. It can suggest creators who teach the topic.

What shows up on my Unified Care Calendar?

The week and month show care-plan steps, visits, and coach check-ins. Times are in your local time.

Can I bring my intake answers to a new provider?

Yes, only if you say so. Transpose shares answers you choose when you subscribe to someone new. Sensitive answers stay withheld unless you grant them.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

You can cancel a subscription from your account. You can also request a refund on a booking or a membership period. The provider approves or declines that request.

How do visits work?

Visits are in-app video by default. A provider can choose Zoom instead. You can book a visit only on a tier that includes visits.

Trust and privacy

Who can see my documents?

Your vault starts private to you. You grant a named provider access, and you can revoke it. Files use signed links only.

Why do I appear as a username?

You appear as a username, not your legal name. That is the default on KLINIQ.

What's in my notifications?

Notifications never include health details. They tell you something needs you, without saying what it is.

Why do some tiers ask for ID verification?

A government ID is required before you pay for a clinical tier. You can also verify your identity at any time.

How are providers verified?

Providers appear in discovery only after credential review. Licensed professions are checked on a state license, and personal trainers on an NCCA certification. You can draft your profile while that review is open.

Clinical and compliance

Does KLINIQ provide medical care?

No. Clinical services come from independent providers, not KLINIQ. Educational content is not medical advice.

Can providers prescribe on KLINIQ?

Licensed, verified providers can record a call-in prescription with an attestation. That record is not transmitted to a pharmacy.

How does Session IQ handle my visit?

Session IQ drafts visit notes or a session recap for your provider to review and sign. It runs only when visit media is approved for protected health information. It is part of Practice Infrastructure, at $10 a month.

Is KLINIQ for emergencies?

No. In an emergency, call 911.

What do founding providers get?

Founding provider terms are still being confirmed. Apply if you want to be considered, and the team will follow up.

How long does credential review take?
